Förra veckan besökte vi Gaaltijes nya utställning Gaskelaante – landet däremellan. Det är en experimentell utställning om klimatförändring och kulturarv. Workshop with NCK 

Yesterday afternoon, we took part in a workshop organised by NCK, the Nordic Centre for Cultural Heritage Education, together with representatives from the Old Östersund Association and Glösa Älgrike. The workshop focused on the use of digital tools when interacting with visitors, and we began by considering the needs and conditions of our organisations. Then we came up with ideas.

Part 3 of our 10 autumn tips

Ragunda Old Church is a well-preserved church built in the early 16th century. It was constructed using blocks of various types of rock from the Ragunda area. New collaboration with Gaaltije 

Today we had the pleasure of welcoming Jerker Bexelius from Gaaltije, and together we visited several of the geopark’s sites. This meeting marks the beginning of an exciting collaboration to highlight the Sami perspective at the geopark’s visitor sites. The collaboration is part of the project Geoturism i mitten, which aims to find new ways of making geology, nature and culture more engaging and accessible
