We are proud to be Jämtland Härjedalen's candidate for the 2024 Grand Tourism Award. The award is presented by the Foundation for Knowledge Promotion in Tourism, with the Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth as the principal, and in December we will find out which of the nominated candidates will win.
The Grand Tourism Award is presented to a business that contributes to the development of the tourism industry in an innovative and sustainable way. Jämtland Härjedalen's candidate is selected each year by Jämtland Härjedalen Tourism through the Tourism Entrepreneur of the Year award, which last year was presented to Geopark Indalsälven, which is therefore the region's contribution to the national jury's assessment.
